Would bangs look good with curly hair?

I have extremely curly hair. It is golden/honey blonde hair. They are basically ringlets. i've always wanted bangs sort of like this:

i have an oval/diamond shaped face and i realize that i would probably have to straighten them. would this look okay. does anybody have this hairstyle?

(my hair is pretty long past shoulder length)

I used to have that hairstlye and yes you need to straiten your whole head. And do go with layered bangs, the are sooo sexy.But you have to have a good jaw line.

My question is how thick is your hair?

The thicker your hair and along with curly hair will add to the volume so you want to make sure you have a good hair stylist who will accommodate for this.

I speak from experience as I have natural curly hair and wore bangs most of my life until a couple of years ago. I had a few cuts that looked horrible but when I found my current hair stylist she knew just how to cut it for my hair. If your hair is that curly you will need to at least get the bang area chemically straightened. I lucked out as mine could just be blown dry for my desired look.

If you think you can hide them when you wear your hair curly and make them cute when you straighten it then yes. If you dont plan on putting much effort into fixing your hair then NO!
