Buy some hair style magazines and find the haircut/colour you like the most.

if you want to cut it then i would get some layers and mabye side swipped bangs.

or you can straighten it.... or maybe put some different sized curls in it. that would be cute.

otherwise i would get a magazine and choose a cute hairstylee you like
