well as u can see my hairs descirbed in the question, im NOT looking for differant cuts, colours, textures (straight, curly etc) just styles to wear my hair in, other than bun, plait, french plait, pony tail, half ponytail, just plain down, you know what i mean all the basic ones! i need other ideas please help please im lookign for some original styles but not over the top, and please no silly answers or answers saying how fussy im being lmao thank you in advance if you knwo don't hold back i need this answer REALLY badly

I have the same problem. I like to put my hair in hot rollers (or velcro rollers) and then style. If you use rollers, you can part it on the side for a flapper-style look, leave it parted in the middle for a glam look, or you can pin it back with clips for a modern look. Just play around with it. By the way, remember to use moose or gel while your hair is wet. This holds the style. And finish with hair spray.

Also, use Yahoo to search for websites devoted to hair styling. Just type in "hair styles" or "medium-length updo" or whatever and great stuff pops up!

Don't have any pictures, but if you get some bobby pins, just start pinning bits back. I do it all the time, and it looks great for both casual and formal events. If the clips aren't holding, try twisting the section first. Hope it helps.
