dont cut it shoulder length cuz itll look poofy but keeping it long is good pu some shape or layers to it

perhaps she could get it cut to about halfway down her back and maybe she could straighten it.

Do not get your hair shoulder length or short it will get really poofy and frizzy. I think she should just get a trim a keep it with nice bouncy and defined curls. To get nice curls use some gel after shampooing and conditioning with a curling shampoo. Good Luck. :)

if she has a curly hair, then maybe she should go for hair rebonding at hair salons that you can get on 88db, then maybe she should cut it in layer and highlight her hair a little bit
