it looks like very loose curls. she should dampen her hair and then put half of her hair in a bun on the top of her head then the bottom half in a seperate bun. twisted tight buns. it works for me!!

wrap the hair around the iron

dont put it in the clip part

and hold it for like 8 seconds

and separate with fingers

Take a curling iron and take big sections of hair and loosely curl them with the iron. Then possibly hair spray it to keep it still. Or you can go t the hair dresser, give them that picture, and have it done there, but ask how they do it as she goes along. So later, you can do it by yourselves.
