can anyone help me? okay, my hair is a few inches below my shoulders, i would say it is pretty short, but i can still make a pretty good ponytail. can anyone tell me how long hair takes to grow longer? likei want it up to my elbow? and how long does it grow per month? can i take anything to gorw faster? like nothing chemical, just naturall. also, what are some good hairstyles that icould make form y hair? i am pretty bored with it. and how could i make it stay down, like when i let it down..how do i make it lok good, without it being messy? oh, and for those of you who have long hair, how long does it take to blow-dry it ? and does it take a lot of work managing it?? thanks for any help guys.!!

Hormonal state, genetics and diet all play a part in the speed of hair growth. My hair did not really grow, robustly till after i had my children. Now its down to my waist. But it took it about 6 years to get that long. regular haircuts (small amounts, trimmings) help to stimulate growth. Patience. I added soy and lecithin to my diet and it helped me.
