I want a long hairstyle that makes your hair look thicker, but I want straight hair. I also have full "wispy" bangs so I would like a hair cut that goes with them.

Take the front section of your hair (or your bangs) and put them back with bobby pins and add a little poof too where you put it back. Like push it forward a little so the hair sits on your head. Sorry if you don't know what I mean.

I would suggest talking to the bride and finding out what hair styles she has in mind for her wedding party. You can do a style called worm twist at the front, and straw set the rest of it, including the ends of the ones that you worm twist, this is a very nice style for people with long hair, I too have long hair, pass my shoulders, but this style looked really lovely on me, every loved how unique it was. It's great that you have long hair because you can pretty much pick any style you want. Half up and half down with it curled would look great but you also want to think of the reception. Lots of people and lots of dancing. An updo might be the best solution because then you will look good and keep cool all at the same time :)

My hair is naturally wavy and i got layers. and got it cut a little shorter. I can't straighten it during the summer because it gets frizzy. but when its colder/chilly i can because there is no humidity. I have a Beyond the Zone Noodle Head Products. It brings out the natural curl. I use the shampoo, conditoner and "gel". the gel like product is great you just scrunch it like you were doing a scrunch hair... except it looks more natural and doesnt look wet like when people actually scrunch their hair.

i have the same exact problem.. what i do is condition it with straightening conditioner and wait for it to dry naturally.. dont blow dry your hair it will cause extra poof.. while your hair is NATURALLY drying, apply a straightening and de-frizz cream. once your hair is dry try straightening it and brushing it over with a flat brush. Try different styles like side- parts, ponytails, buns, or even low pig tails.

What i also do is Wash my hair then wait till its damp and apply moose, hairspray, and a little big of gel for frizz- controlled curls.. hope i helped!

I had your same hair situation. I got so upset with my hair that i had it all cut off. I recommend going shoulder length with a couple layers in the front. Then straighten the front layers in and the rest just straight. Also, try side bangs with this hairstyle. When your hair is like this its really easy and pretty to scrunch.

If you don't want to go drastic at first...I would get some layers...that way you can test your look before you leave the chair...get a few highlights...or change your color....or just cut bangs...I like layered bangs where the top layer is longer than the bottom layer...it gives them an edgey appearance...I had long hair too and right before Christmas I chopped it off...now instead of spending 30 seconds on my hair I have to spend 20 minutes with a curling iron.....and tons of products...regretting the chop...letting mine grow out again

if you're not cutting it, you can always do the kim kardashian poofy style. to do this, side part your hair in the front. take the rest of the hair on the top of your head, and spray the roots with hairspray. blow dry alternating between 30 seconds of hot and 30 seconds of cold air. This will give your hair extra volume. secure with two bobby pins.

You could use a round brush to blow it straight or into loose waves, or play around a bit with a curling iron toward the ends. Do not get your hair shoulder length or short it will get really poofy and frizzy. I think she should just get a trim a keep it with nice bouncy and defined curls. To get nice curls use some gel after shampooing and conditioning with a curling shampoo. Good Luck. :)

I have naturally frizzy long black hair, beyond the shoulder line, with a round chubby face and a big forehead, so I rebonded and dye it with two highlights - reddish brown and a yellowish brown (hard to imagine the colours i know, just take it as reddish brown overall).

I always keep my hair straight down, not tying it up in a ponytail or clip unless it's hot. I also side parted my hair to my right side, I don't do center parting any more, because there's a little bald line in the middle of my head. I have yellowish asian skin.

Why don't you try bangs? You don't have to get blunt, straight bangs. You could get longer bangs that you put to the side. That usually makes a big difference in how you look.

I like short hair on a guy...I'm 22; but different girls have different styles so try out the long hairstyle...you can always cut it if you don't like it! That's what's great about hair (if you grow it out make sure it is over 10 inches so if you decide to chop it off you can donate it to locks of love and they can make wigs for little kids) Oh and if you do decide to donate it but it looks bad long you can always tell ladies that you are donating it to kids with cancer and they will think that it is the sweetest thing ever!!!

Like so that when your getting it cut, you comb some of your hair forward from the centre of your head. Sorry im not good at explaining things! Also I think with full fringes, you must make sure you dont get it cut too short. Full fringes swept to the side also look really nice like this;

well Ive gt quite a long face and everyday i try to have a new look a heavy fringe probably wont look Gd so everyday try to have a new look and a new style to suit it would work but don't go over the top with it on the nite b4 skewl or summot lyk dat for about a hour try out new styles in your hair and the ones dat suit you have them and as well don't have the same style 3days in a row it just wont go great and if you don't want a fringe try a quif and see if that will suit you just try doing different styles in your hair and a new style and all the boiz will keep coming afta you and have a new style/look every ova term okay bi for now hope my advice helps

Just recently I cut my hair. The hairstyle only looks good if I straighten it. So I did and it lasted about 2 hrs. Before when I had longer hair it stayed straight throughout the whole day but now its going back to its natural wave and it looks awful.

2. pull your hair up in to a pony tail and put mousse in it and scrunch

I think children of school age should have the right to wear their hair in any fashion they desire. Students go to school for an education, not to have their sense of style and creativity conformed to what school officials considered the "norm". As a high school student I experimented with many styles and hair colors, and I highly doubt any of my other classmates' education suffered as a result. I believe rules in clothing choices should be made, because showing too much skin or having offensive slogans or symbols printed on clothing can be a distraction and possibly lead to violence in extreme cases. But hair is harmless. If the child's parents (who really should be in charge of rules regarding their own children's appearance, within reason) approve of the hairstyle, then I don't see why schools feel the need to argue. Once these children grow up and have to enter the working world, they may not be able to express such individuality in hair, and that would be their own decision at that point as to whether or not they want hired by that employer. But kids don't have the choice whether they go to school, and I think they should have fun with experimenting with their individuality as much as they can while they still have the opportunity.

My boyfriend crashed his motorbike in September and I had a brain haemorrage so I had to have my head shaved for surgery. I had chest length hair which I straightened and really loved. My hair is now about 2cm long and is just starting to get long enough for me to wonder how to style it as it grows. Does anyone have any good ideas? They have a lot of hair lotions and serums that are supposed to be good at keeping hair from getting frizzy. Look at some conditioners made for wavy hair, they should help too. Just remember, sometimes you get what you pay for. Cheaper isn't always better.

My daughter has a really high forehead but the thickest blonde hair! She wanted to grow her bangs out and I was reluctant because of her forehead but she let them grow to her lips and sweeps them to the side with layers all over. Her hair is a bit longer than yours but it looks so good!

my hair was like that, i cut it all off and donated it, i LOVE it, its above my shoulders now and so much fun. i put it up in a ponytail and shake my head all the time ; ) ive never been able to do that before.

when its that long i wouldnt suggest cutting any bangs, its just too much. i always liked to leave mine down too, but like you said it is too much so i would section it off in the front and pull up the sections in the back, or randomly braid sections of it. but if you do that its fun to braid the under sections of hair too so that the braids will show ever so often.
